Think of these as a visual deep-dive. I spend a lot of time building up thick layers of paint just to aggressively scrape and dig back through them. It’s a lot like how we handle our own histories—sometimes you have to go through the heat and the pressure to find the raw, honest truth buried underneath. These are for the ones who find beauty in what’s weathered but still standing. This series celebrates the beauty of what remains after the fire—the resilient, weathered textures of a life lived and uncovered.
